Non-smoking apartment of about 87 m² consisting of a spacious hall, large bedroom with a 180 cm double bed, bathroom with bath tub finished in teak, separate toilet, very well equipped kitchen, dining area with a large table, living room with a 40″ TV, Wi-Fi and a radio/CD player, and an office nook.
Other equipment includes a washing machine with detergents, a drying machine, a drying rack, an iron and an ironing board.
Bed linen, bath towels and dishcloths are provided, as are a hair dryer and a personal scale.
A vacuum cleaner and other cleaning equipment are also available.
Cots and high chairs can be provided upon request.
Our courtyard featuring a fountain under a grapevine can be used by our guests to BBQ or to take their meals al fresco in peace and quiet.
Reading a book under our walnut tree in the garden is also possible.

As we want to make sure that you enjoy your stay from the very first minute, we provide a service package with all the necessary basic products: toilet paper, kitchen roll, scourer, washing-up liquid, all-purpose cleaner, soap, shampoo and shower gel / bath foam.
Upon request we can also provide a generous breakfast basket.
For your comfort and safety we respect the maximum occupancy of 2 adults and maximum 2 small children.
We remain at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Prices:
Our prices include heating, water, electricity, beds made on arrival, package containing maintenance, bath and kitchen products.
Final cleaning not included in rental prices: 38 EUR.

Our premises meet all legal standards and are placed at your disposal in a clean and well-kept condition.
Please report any missing equipment (see inventory list) upon arrival and any defects as soon as possible: we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
Please ensure that the dishwasher and refrigerator are empty, the dishes have been done, the cooking equipment is clean and everything has been put back in the cupboards when you leave the premises. The house needs to be neat and clean upon departure.
The deposit will be returned within one week after your date of departure; any damage or missing items will be deducted from the deposit.
